What we teach one generation shapes the next.

Body and cycle literacy give young people the confidence to understand themselves, advocate for their health and make informed choices. That knowledge doesn’t stop with them. It changes the conversations they have, the support they seek and give eachother and, one day, the way the way they will support the next generation.

Our Mission

To build lasting generational change in health and wellbeing by giving girls, young women and young people who menstruate the knowledge, confidence and skills to understand and advocate for their bodies.

Our Vision

A future where every young person grows up informed, confident and supported to understand their body, make informed health decisions and participate fully in life.

Why We're Doing This

Because knowledge about puberty, menstrual health, body literacy and body autonomy is still too fragmented, too inconsistent and too often surrounded by stigma. Ready Steady Thrive exists to change that through evidence-informed education, stronger support networks and better conversations across generations.
